The Council accepts and considers papers on special subjects. For this period, more than 250 doctorate and candidate theses were defended not only by the employees of JSC “SPA “Orion”, but also the employees of other companies and organizations, Higher Education Institutions in Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev, Kishinev, Lvov, Odessa and other cities.
